This Privacy Policy explains how EngineerBariā¢ Bangladesh Ltd. (operating as TaskBari) collects, processes, stores, and protects personal and professional data when you use our web platform, mobile applications, and escrow payment infrastructure.
We operate in full compliance with the Digital Security Act, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act, and applicable data privacy guidelines of Bangladesh.

We collect information necessary to provide seamless marketplace matching, appointment booking, and milestone escrow management:
- Personal Profile Data: Full legal name, email address, mobile phone number, WhatsApp contact number, and profile picture.
- Identity Verification Records: For service providers and consultants, we collect copies of Government NID (National ID), passport, professional licenses (Bar Council, ICAB, BMDC, AWS certificates), and educational records.
- Project & Deliverable Data: Project briefs, requirements, attachments, submitted design files, source code links, and communication chat logs.
- Financial & Transactional Data: Records of deposits, mobile financial wallet identifiers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket numbers), payment gateway transaction IDs, and payout history. We never store raw credit card CVV numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
Collected data is utilized strictly for legitimate business and transactional purposes:
- Matching clients with qualified specialists based on skill taxonomy and service categories.
- Facilitating scheduled 1-on-1 video advisory appointments and dispatching calendar reminders.

4. Video & Audio Consultations Privacy
Live 1-on-1 video sessions with consultants (lawyers, tax specialists, tech leads, doctors) are conducted through secure, end-to-end encrypted rooms.
TaskBari does NOT automatically record private 1-on-1 video consultations. Session recording is only enabled if both the client and consultant explicitly click "Consent to Record" inside the call room for documentation purposes.
5. Payment & Financial Security
All online transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol. Credit card and banking transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified partners including SSLCommerz, VISA, Mastercard, and authorized Mobile Financial Services (bKash & Nagad APIs).

We disclose data only to trusted service partners strictly necessary for operations:
